Announcement: Dashie’s email is (apparently) back up.
….And it’s been up for months, if what I’m told is true.
So after my website’s little cockup a few months ago I finally decided to setup my email. After waiting 16 hours for my MX records to propagate I got impatient and called my web-host and they revealed to me in a moment of serendipity that I didn’t actually need to wait for the MX records to propagate because they already had the zone file since I was hosting with them.
By the way, please excuse all the tech jargon. I seriously have no idea what it means. I like to consider myself rather tech savvy, but web hosting and how all the internet works just confuses the hell out of me. I was lost for like two days when I saw my new Cpanel for the first time and I honestly have no idea how my website is even live because I bumbled my way through the setup process. I’m considering taking a class just so I can understand this shit, so for those of you who actually know what any of this stuff means, I apologize if I’ve used any terms incorrectly; I’m just repeating what was told to me.
But TL;DR: Admin@rainb0wdashie.com is apparently back up and running, so once you crickets learn how to use computers you can start sending me emails.
